Dear All,
UPSC declared results for civil services 2016. When I am reading the success stories of the toppers, I am very much inspired and motivated a lot. In all their success, they mentioned an important contribution from their teachers. Then I felt that, why dont I motivate my students and be part of their success and help them in building their career. But, due to time constraints in the class room, we are not able to spend more time in motivation. Hence, I wrote all my thoughts and suggestions in the form of following two articles one is for GATE 2018 and another is for ESE 2018 preparation strategies.
