Important notice to the candidates by the commission:
Applicants should note that there will be a ceiling on the number of candidates allotted to each of the Centres, except Chennai, Delhi, Dispur, Kolkata and Nagpur. Allotment of Centres will be on the 'first-apply-first allot' basis, and once the capacity of a particular Centre is attained, the same will be frozen. Applicants are, thus, advised that they may apply early so that they could get a Centre of their choice.

Very Important message for GATE 2014 candidates

Dear all,
All IITs are releasing the notifications for M.Tech and Ph.D admissions for the academic year 2014-15, I am also sharing these updates on daily basis. If you observe all these notifications, schedule is very tight and sometimes overlap as well. Which is very common thing in PG admissions.

My sincere suggestion to all GATE 14 candidates, maintain some dairy, alerts in tabs/mobiles and use all forms of technology. Bottom line is you should not miss any single opportunity for you

And for GATE 15 candidates - If you get awareness on this admission process, it will be easy for you in next year.
